Free consultation meeting
Meet one of our senior architects who will discuss and understand your home requirements and preferences. We will then advice you on the appropriate package which will best suit your budget followed by a preliminary cost estimate
Schematic design
Once you sign up and pay the design advance, we will visit your site, initiate soil testing and start working on the schematic plans. After a few discussions and iterations, the schematic plans for your dream home is ready. We will now start work on the exterior designs to create a bespoke style. An accurate estimate will be prepared based on the approved schematic plans, exterior design and strength of the soil.
Contract sign-off
After the sign-off, the necessary assistance for building permits will be initiated and we will start preparing the detailed drawings required for construction

Optionally our specialist in house team of interior contractors can help with the fitouts and furnishings. We conduct a thorough inspection and hand over the keys to your completed home. Our team will be happy to assist you with any snags and warranty issues and strive to serve you further.
